no u don't have to wear flats. pumps look cute with tights too. u can wear a pair of black pumps.

You need a set of CFM's that go all the way up to your knees, or you can wear a pair of sandles.

Knee boots or Mary Janes might be cute.

not at all, the new look with leggings can also work with tights. try the short ankle boots in the same color.
