I was in London the day Blair wne into No 10 and the atmosphere in the city was one of liberation. The sun was shining people were happy ... and now ? Disappointment and betrayal don't even get close to describing how I feel about that traitorous bunch of murderous liars.
Blair and the rest of the Cabinet who decided to mount not one but two illegal wars should be taken to the Hague and tried for war crimes.

Won't Get Fooled Again - Damned right!

No, they didn't. They've made a right balls up of so many things, it's going to take years to sort out. The war in Iraq and the state of the NHS are my personal grievances. A few years ago, the government had the bright idea of restructuring the NHS, and split larger Trusts into 3 or 4 smaller PCT's in order to make things more efficient. Possibly a good idea in theory, but then instead of one Chief Exec and board of directors earning in excess of £100,000 pa, you've got three chief execs and boards of directors earning the same salaries. It's no wonder there's not enough money to pay for life saving drugs - it's a disgrace. Sorry, I'll get off my soapbox now!!!

The only people who it has better for are the crooks and drug dealers who have run this country for the last 60 years under all forms of government and of course Blair and his wife who are going to be raking in even more money very soon

This government has proved to be, incompetant, venal, corrupt, they have sold us out to the I.R.A.,gone to war in Iraq and Afghanistan against the wishes of the people and the experienced millitary high command, they have turned out to be sleaze ridden and corrupt, the sooner they go, the better

Well, they played "things can only get better" at their post-election party, on their first day in power.

Another way of looking at the statement "things can only get better" is to think of it as saying, "right at this precise moment things are about as bloody bad as they're ever likely to be".

So yeah, they were right. Agree.

Obviously if things can ONLY get better then they clearly CANNOT get any worse - which just about sums up Labours record since they entered office!

They were pushed for time and did not finish it. It should have been "Things can only get better when we have gone!"
