I think everybody should have a licence before they reproduce after attending parenting classes, this way avoiding all the scum from reproducing.
Also everybody attending and all offspring have to have a DNA test, so that it will cut out future crime. (as the police will have the names of who done it, cutting down the need for coppers) Plus also the guy will really know if the child is his father and it would stop a lot of children being brought up by the wrong father and the mother not lying to the child for years about the truth.
Plus when leaving the house the parent with the child has to carry its licence and if they can not produce they child licence, then the child gets impounded! As there will be on the spot checks lol

Interesting idea, based on society today it would not be a bad idea for men and women to have to take a competence test prior to procreating

I think it's a basic human right to choose to have a family.
And it's fascist/totalitarian for any government to interfere with procreation.
If the government gets so nosy and oppressive in dealing with having babies, then just think of all the other parts of private (vs. public or state) life the government will have also interfered with.
So to say it again.
No government should (but the Nazis did) choose who gets to have a child and who doesn't get to have a child.
It's just plain wrong.

Yes, everyone should have to pass a test and wear a colored tag on their ear based on how well they did. You can only procreate with others who have the same colored tag or one above or below you.

Yeah this a stupid question. What the hell would a licence do? Many people drive without licence's. And who is going to make the ruls, of who can have children? Hey while your at it lets make it so we can only have one child. Any more stupid rules you want to come up with?
