The only store's are wallmart,kmart and the mall but i want the cheapest and the best there is so lady plz help

If you want good quality makeup, you are going to have to spend a little more. But your skin will love you. I'm a Mary Kay consultant and I will swear by what the products do for my skin. Most people won't complain about the cost when they see the results.

for my money, i would pick MAC cosmetics over the others. i am biased towards MAC tho. you can get MAC at most malls. to find the local store nearest you that sells it go to maccosmetics.com then click on find store near you and follow the prompts. their site is great and very interactive as well. they have a live chat area to help you pick out the products that are best suited for your needs. one word of caution though, MAC is NOT cheap. but in terms of ease of use, etc. they are great AND they are EXTREMELY TG/TS/CD friendly.

The absolute best makeup you could buy is called bare minerals and you can actually sleep in it and it is very good for your skin. It is pricey though but if you really want the best makeup that is it!

avon has great sales and there makeup is great then mary kay has great products if you can afford them
