You have all the classic symptoms of a rip roaring uti--also called cystitis. get to your family dr asap or go to a urgent care ctr tonite. it will only get worse if left untreated and could go further up your urinary system to your kidneys. Starting right now drink as much water as you can. this will help with treatment. some people will tell you to drink cranberry juice--you can if you like it but that is a preventative before you get a uti. add about 2 quarts of water to what you already drink and see a dr.

Sounds like a bladder infection to me. You have to see a doctor to get a prescription for antibiotics. Drink lots and lots of water. Don't wait...do it now! It will only get worse if you don't see a doctor. There is an over the counter medicine called uristat, but it only helps the pain during urination. You need antibiotics quickly.

Sounds like you havehad this for awhile because you say your lower stomach bothers you. The best answer is your DR, drinking pure cranberry juice will help but if it is advanced into a worse stage then your DR, should know..
