Evading school rules is a good way to get suspended/expelled. I wouldn't recommend trying. Schools take this kind of thing very seriously, and I have seen people expelled for evading file sharing, TOS and specific site bans.
That said, most sites in schools are blocked by software or hardware firewalls, and many use 'sensing software'. In some cases, depending on the know-how of school IT staff, other 'backdoor' routes to a site, such as use of a proxy server are still possible. If a user has enough know-how they could stream a connection through their own personal webspace, but it would be pretty complicated to do. Use of proxies also diminshes performance as well.

Simply - you can't without hacking. This takes a lot of computer know how and if you get caught you are in a hell of a lot of trouble. Otherwise try an international version of youtube. You don't need to do this at school... do it at home
I suppose you could set up a website or blog with youtube videos on it (By a video clcik 'blog it') and access videos on youtube that way.

Well, as a teacher I would have to say...graduate, get a computer science degree, go back to the school and get a job as the Computer Tech. Unblock Youtube.
Easy enough!
Take Care...study, study, school's your buddy! :-)

unless you have an administrative ID and password... you can't. They block a lot of sites for stupid reasons but others for very good reasons... do schoolwork at school! not youtube.

Unless you are the administrator, you can't. They blocked it because it was taking up too much bandwidth and also distracting students from their schoolwork.
