My husband works for a union and in the 20 yrs he has worked for this company, he has been moved 8 times. Now he is being moved to another location and working hours much later than he is now. We feel that this is harassment and is causing emotional distress. The union never does anything to help him. Does he have any options?

I'd say that is a part of the package he accepted when he accepted the position with the company. If you don't like it, then you get him a new job (and you never took the job to begin with). If those are the conditions of employment, then he's gotta follow or get out of the job. It's not harassment. It is what they feel they need to do to keep their business running. "Emotional distress?" Give me a break!

His option is to find another job.
