Lean back and put the tissue over your nose.

I had a nose bleeding promblem and no dont put your head back thats not good for you put ice on your nose and two pieces of cotton balls in each nostral and nothin to worry about its little veins in your nose that pop but see your doctor anyways. Dont worry it will stop.

get a tissue, and pinch your nose, I used to get nose bleeds, that's how I do it. DO NOT lean your head back.

Sit down, tilt your head back. Use something to catch the blood. Use an ice pack across the bridge in conjunction with pressure. Do not swallow the blood. If it does not stop in an hour, you may want to get some professional help.

you should tilt your head FORWARD...if you tilt it backwards the blood runs into your nasal cavity...forward it comes out....pinch the bridge of your nose and it will stop the bleeding. If you get nosebleeds alot try boiling water on your stovetop to add moisture to the air.

Pinch your nose & tilt your head forward. Then apply ice later. Take care, I used to get nosebleeds as a child....

That what my brother always did ..
And then stuff it with a tissue ..
I don't know any profound way to stop a nose bleed ..

Stuff small pieces up nose. Lay down on back.

Put a cloth over your nose and lean your head back or lie down.
