I am 25 years old, and recently I have noticed that i am attending the toilet more frequently than usual. I am currently taking a pee around 6 times a day, even when i dont drink much fluids.

The thing that concerns me is that I feel the desperate urge to go, but when I get to the toilet, only a tiny bit of urine comes out.

Count your blessings -- 6 times a day is not all that much compared to some people! Seriously, most definitions of abnormally frequent urination start at at least 8 times a day, so there's nothing terribly abnormal about how often you're going.

If it's a big change for you now, though, then it would probably be good to have a doctor check you out. It doesn't sound like diabetes because you'd most likely be really thirsty and urinating large amounts -- but it could be a urinary tract infection; they're somewhat rare in men but we do get them. Or, ironically, it could just be that not drinking fluids has made your urine so concentrated that it's irritating your bladder and making you feel the need to go more frequently -- which could cause the uncomfortable urgency you describe even without much urine in your bladder.

In any case, DON'T deprive yourself of fluid intake because of something like this -- dehydration can cause or exacerbate a number of serious health concerns, whereas going to the toilet frequently, however annoying, will not. Drink a healthy amount of fluid (at least 6-8 glasses of water a day), see if your bladder adjusts to it after a few days, and if you're still having to pee constantly, see your doctor.

No - if you did you would have the opposite problem (insufficient control, not insufficient urine).

This sound serious: infection, early onset diabetes, and a whole bunch of other stuff can go wrong with this complex little device. Get to a doctor, asap.
