i made a purchase for the family fued game which was not downloading for some reason i then requested a refund on 10-14-06 it is now 10-25-06 and still no refund was put back on my ar the order number is #84332674

i would contact the credit card company and the seller again, make sure they've done what they should, look on your statement and get the phone number to talk to the people you bought it from, i've found it's important to speak to a person in order to get satisfactory results

If by mail 6-8 weeks. If credit card then it should only take 5-7 business days. I would call and check on it if was a cc.

It depends -- if they are mailing you a refund, be prepared to wait 6 - 8 weeks for a check.

I think you would have better luck getting a correct answer if you contacted whomever you purchased the game from instead of asking here.
