Does anyone have any good quick recipes? I work 9-5 and I am always tired when I get off and get up so I need a few ideas for breakfast and dinner that take little time to prepare. Thanks in advance.

Well when I was pregnant (approx. 15 yrs. ago) my doctor said to have several (5-6) small meals throughout the day. ie sandwich/fruit/veggies and these can be canned, but fresh is best and the veggies can be pre-cut celery/carrot sticks. You also need alot of calcium. So you could have cereal @breakfast w/milk and/or yoghurt. Boil eggs at night and refrig or boil while you dress for work. Peanut butter is good if you are not allergic to peanuts. For dinner I used my crock pot alot and all you have to do is buy prepackaged salad (wash it yourself to ensure cleanliness) because prepackaged has been known to habour bacteria. Drink calicium oj/cranberry juice/and definately water!!

If your still experiencing "m/sickness" my best suggestion
is a dry piece of toast with a slight battering of vegiemite or marmite(if available in your country)
but if your not,
I would suggest a bowl of muesli with about 3 tablespoons
of low fat yoghurt and warm/cold milk(low fat)
A glass of milk, orange juice or tomato juice.

Dinner
Pieces of fresh fish - baked or steamed,
bowl of rice, fresh vegetables

- low fat chicken(no skin) - steamed or baked
with potatoes(mashed or boiled (in jacket)
with fresh vegetables.

- salad dishes
- fresh cucumber, lettuce, beetroot, onions,
- slices of cheese(low fat)
- cup of steamed/boiled rice
- Yoghurt topping.

anything that has the five main food groups,
-- ensure you get plenty of calcium and drink 8-10 glasses
of purified water every day!!!(essential!!)

I dunno how well you will like this but I love it... A banquet chicken pot pie (they also have beef and turkey), over minute rice... it takes like 5 minutes to make... and it tastes fairly home cooked...
