Don't worry, TV tuners don't use your CPU to process television signalling and such, so that means watching TV or playing a console on your tv-tuner won't be affected by CPU utilization. So basically your CPU can be pegged to 100% and you can still watch TV/game console without "lag". Although your tv-tuner software will look and play good, your PC might run sliggish, depending on your video card quality and PC speed. I would recommend an ATI All-in-Wonder card that you can afford... any of them will do.

certain, this pc might want to probable play video games fairly strong with out lagging. An Intel processor might want to be better effective-possibly evaluate Intel center 2 Quad, that's strong for gaming. It also has 2 processor & is extremely strong for perplexing-center gaming. also, i do not recommend abode windows Vista, XP is much better effective.

Whichever one you choose, make sure that the computer can handle the graphics card with no lags. How fast is the computer?
