She is in love with the guy! She travelled across 3 or 4 states to see Bon Jovi play in Pittsburg. For Christmas, I would love to get her something unique. Any ideas?

If you want to get her something awesome and she will remember you by and wont cost you so much. Why dont you make her a customize desk with Bon Jovi pictures and other stuff.
First buy a desk that matches her room. You can find really cool desk and cheap @ IKEA. If you find a desk, but not the right color just paint it.
2nd Find a whole bunch of pictures of Bon Jovi online print them out on glossy paper or nice paper or go to a place where you might be able to find some pictures. Get different sizes of pictures and put them on her desk. Also add some other stuff like pieces of clothes he would wear or ticket stubs that you know was the best concert she remembered or accessories. I am not sure how old she is, so make it so it wont be either to grownup or to little girl.
3rd go to a Lowes or Home Depot or even a crast store and ask somebody their to help you find this item that is like melted plastic. I dont know the name of it, but what it will do is keep all the stuff in place so she can write on top of the desk. also ask for another type of gloss to make the desk look glossy. They can also help you.
4rd make sure to do all of this outside.
I am not sure how much detail you want to get into her present, but it sounds like you want to make it special. I am sure if my aunt did something like this for me, it would show she put dedication and time in this, because it came from the heart not from a rack in a store.

If you want to give her a unique special gift, their are two ways depending on how much you want to spend.
Option 1: It is expensive, but she will love you forever. Get a backstage pass to one of his events allowing her to meet him in person and watch him perform in a special seat.
Option 2: A more practical unique gift that is inexpensive would be for you or someone close to you both dress up like him and perform in front of her. I'm sure she will get a laugh out of that.

I second the Ebay suggestion. While I don't shop there myself, I have seen quite a few novelty items that are custom made with any celeb's photo.
I also love the desk idea. That is very creative.
