he gets all his equipment sponsored, he can afford to buy anything he wants. I can only afford about £30. He loves star wars, plays bass, is in the process of buying a flat, thinks he likes snowboardiung but never has time to go, watches loads of DVDs, but has everything coz they have the tour bus fully stocked of anything that will eep them amused. He never gets a day off - has just finished touring US, now in Europe, then UK arena tour! Really, what do I get him????? Help!! He will be back from tour in a week and has a week off for the first time in two years. Can't think of any other info I can give you to help me, but any thoughts are welcome!

Hmmmm....how about a gift certificate for a good restuarant in your area? I think 30 pounds is about $60 here so I basing my answers on this. Stock his part of the fridge with his favorite beer/wine? Take him out shopping for whatever so that he can have a "normal day" doing nothing in particular.

He has everything doesnt mean he doesnt like present. It's the fun feeling , for most ppl, when they received something wrapped and try to guess what's inside.
If I was just came back from long travel, I would love to find my room/home being cozy and comfortable, with lots of homemade food and cookies :) I think warm blanket would be nice , or just some big, lazy chair to get relax and rest at home. If you want to give something different, a voucher to spa retreat would be surprisingly fun too.. It's more common for men to go spa these days, so why not!

Buy him a shirt. Have one made that says"I have everything" haha or make a photo album of his "best moments on tour". Give him something from the heart. Those are always the best gifts! Hope the birthday is great! Hope I helped a bit hon!

I have done "lucky bags" where i fill a gift bag with lots of little things i know my friends love such as a bar of their fav chocolate, top up card for phone, a mini of their fav alcohol, anything silly which shows your friendship

sometimes this can be better than a big expensive pressie, as only a true friend can carry it off - good luck

£30 will buy "The Tour Bus Cuddly Mascot" !
Make sure it's a tough one, and big as you can get !
Name it Kurt or Marlyn !
Hang some Bling round it's neck for effect.
check your local boot sale for a few ideas.
cheers
Lovejoy

If he has everything, buy him nothing.

Far better that you personalise it - be it a monumental effort on your part to cook a romantic meal or a day out together at an attraction.
