Sorry to burst your bubble, but our Defense Minister has vetoed this idea on Oct 23. He doesn't think it's the right solution for the problem... He added that the Dutch soldiers will just have to learn how to behave themselves ;-)

Although the troops might love to have whores in war zones, what message will the state be sending to their spouses? Not all soldiers are single moreover, this would weaken them physically.
Soldiers are the most disciplined people, if they were sexual perverts,more rapes would have been reported. Remember, what is good for your neighbour, can be bad in your home.

Okay, prostitution is legal in the Netherlands but hiring prostitutes as "workers" isn't. So only self-employed prostitutes could go to places like Afghanistan.
Besides, I don't think the Afghan government is going to issue them visa.
