Its such a contradiction. If you look at most american flags they have a little tag that says "made in China" screw burning the flag law. its not like any american sweat went into making it. Hows about banning excessive outsourced jobs overseas where we cant even make our own damn flags without some CEO worrying about 500% profits being cut.

That is insane, no wonder why I don't buy one. That is a mockery of our country. We can't even make our own flag which represents us? What has this world come to?

I don't know...I mean if the US could make their own flags great...but if a poor Chinease guy or girl would loose their job and not get a new one and not be able to support their family etc then I'm all for the flag being made in China...but they need to be paid more.....as everything is made in China it's only because they're paying them about 1 cent a month each!!! so they figure kill off poor Chinease guys.....as long as we save money!!!!!!!!!

One word: MONEY.
Don't blame China. It's the U.S's fault for allowing China to make U.S Flags.
But I really don't mind. The flag is just a symbol. As long as it's there, it doesn't matter.

How are we supposed to make it illegal for China to make whatever kind of flags they want to make? We have no jurisdiction there. Now we could make it illegal to import flags or whatever from China, which would be ok as long as people don't mind paying a little more for their flags, as long as we didn't have to worry about trade retaliation from other countries, and as long as we didn't have to worry about smuggling.
