I lost my mucus plug at 32 weeks and was told to take it easy. I then went into labor at 33weeks and they held off my labor/delivery till I was 35 weeks 5 days. So I would say take it easy REALLY easy you want that baby to remain in-utero as long as possible.
But as far as when there is no exact timing...I would just say cancel your plans for this weekend...
CONGRATULATIONS and I wish you a smooth and uneventful Labor and Delivery!!!!!

It Took Me 2-3 Days After I Lost My Whole Mucous Plug!...I'd Say Just watch out For Pains And Contractions. If It Would Make You Feel Better, Then Go To The Hospital Where You Are Having Your Baby, So They Can Monitor You! Congratulations And Good Luck With Delivery!

Its unlikely that your due date would be that off. They can tell by by the 20 wk ultrasound. I would lay down if I were you. Try and keep that baby in there as long as you can. 36 wks is the earliest doctors find it safe to deliver. My sister lost her mucus plug 1 1/2 weeks before she went into labor. If he/she has dropped as well, I would expect delivery within 1-2 weeks.

Ultrasounds are notoriously inaccurate, so unless you know exactly when you conceived, it's impossible to know for sure. (Which is also why induction isn't a good idea -- you may be inducing only to get a premature baby.)
Did you lose the whole thing or just part of it? If you lost the whole thing then your labor may happen soon. If you're just losing it in parts, you could still have weeks to go.

it could be 10 minutes to a month. Losing your plug doesn't insure labor. An example: A teacher at my daughter's school is pg. With her first baby, she lost her plug and gave birth 4 days later. With this one, she lost her plug a month ago and is still waiting. Never can tell!!

Wow, I lost my mucus plug and went into labor that evening. Hey I didn't even know it could go on for days or weeks. Great question, I just learned something new.

Yes your due date could be off but i would guess once your mucous plug has come out you should come in labor soon. Oh and congratulations.

Sounds like "B"-DAY is coming. Congratulations! I lost my plug and gave birth about 5 days later. If you have dropped your time will be coming soon. So,
sit back, prop your feet up and enjoy. Once baby arrives you won't be able to do much of that.
