It really depends on your costume. If you are going out then you would wear a warm costume or if your having a Halloween party indoors, then you can be sexy and not wear so much. Underneath where regular clothes or long johns if you are going outside.
I am a sexy vamp for Halloween this year and I am wearing those cute little frilly undies (boy cut).

Well if you costume is the naked lady you wont need any under clothes. I think everyone can appreciate a pretty woman going out on Halloween as a naked lady.

Long underwear or clothes like a tshirt and jeans. Store bought costumes are made out of cheap fabric. If it rips you'd be naked!

If it is a loose costume i would wear clothe underneath but if it is a tighter fitting costume i wouldnt wear clothing under.

wear clothes if it cold out and ur gonna be outdoors..but if ur gonna be in doors then dont wear clothes under ur costume
