All of the time, one time I went to do a little shopping, came out and couldn't find my car. spent the next 30 min. looking for it until I called the police, thinking it was stolen. I called my husband to come get me ( I didn't want to tell him about the car over the phone) When he pulled up, he was in my car, I said what the "H" are you doing , he said "what" I explained, he started to laugh so hard, he then told me I had taken the bus that day!!!!!!

LOL - I've long wished for some kind of homing device on my key ring so I can find where I parked my car!
I recently got a new car so that I can commute without running the family minivan into the ground. I made the mistake of going to the store with it - by the time I cam out, I couldn't even remember what color it was! (and I had no hope of recalling the vehicle registration!) I didn't even have a bleeper keyfob (With the minivan I've sometimes gone up and down pressing the button to lock the doors so I could listen for the honk of the horn to locate it). I did eventually find the car - I was looking up the wrong parking aisle!

It's usually the next morning after the night before that I cannot remember where I parked it The first thing that I do when I'm having a "night before" is give my car keys to the bar staff in the first establishment that I visit. They are very understanding and we have an agreement that they will not serve me until they have my keys. In any other subsequent establishment that I visit they will ask me where my keys are, I will tell them and they will phone to confirm this. This is a system that the owners and I have worked out together and all parties are happy with the arrangement.

No, because I don't do drugs and I hardly ever drink alcohol when I'm out (I only have one or two drinks). Plus, I pay attention to where I park my car, because I don't what to have to go hunting for it later.

It happens often because I don't really pay attention to where I actually park it. I have a panic mode on my alarm so I just activate it and I locate my car that way.

Yes - at an airport - I was absolutely sure I'd left it 'upstairs' from th entrance, but after 10 minutes of panic, I tried 'downstairs' and there it was!
