you can't Yahoo is web based,outlook is a mail server. use 1 or the other.

yes... You will need a Yahoo Mail plus account which cost $20 a year to get a pop3 account. Just check the upgrade section..

It's not free. You have to have a Plus Account. But there is a way around it, a step by step process can be found at this site:
