Define cool. Do you want sleek and small or full featured and cutting edge? There are many cool mp3 players out on the market. I am kind of looking forward to the Zune. It is larger than an iPod but has a large screen. Plus the list of features look like something I can get used to. It is all a matter of choice. Do your research and go with what suites you and your needs best. Nothing is worse than having a $100, $200 or $300 gadget that don't do what you want.

Creative Zen Mp3 players, I have a Creative Zen MicroPhoto 4Gb it has way more features than the IPOD and it has more features for less of a price.

I like my Sansa e250.. Two gigs of storage plus an expansion slot for mini sd cards. The IPOD is overrated in my opinion because you can't use subscription services on them...

theres the pocket dish, it has a bigger screen and has more memory then the ipod does, you could buy a 60 gig pocket dish for like 300 dollars... yeah

creative i have a creative nano plus it has better sound quality than any ipod and much cheaper a nano plus is $80 (approximantly) at wal-mart
