I am not sure if you are asking how many Fortune 500 companies are based in those countries, or have branches there.
The Fortune 500 list gives the top 500 American companies, and they have to be based here. To answer your questions none would be primarily based in Chile, Costa Rica, and Argentina.
Global 500 is Fortune magazines list of top 500 companies globally. I attached a link.
If what you're asking is how many of the Fortune 500 have branches in those countries, I could not find a list that shows all the companies with all their branches on it. Here is a link to the list, you would need to go to each co's website to research it further.
The other way you might approach it is to try and find a list of corporate presence in those countries websites, then figure out which of those companies are on the Fortune 500 list.
