Yes there are some aquatic dinosaurs that could be considered leviathans. Really any large underwater animal can be considered a leviathan; even a whale. But the dinosaur you may be thinking of is the pleisosaur.

No, Leviathan would be more of a dragon but yeah it's a reptile like a Dinosaur.

Leviathan is any sort of large beast, in fact Hobbes wrote a book by that name. The whackjob philosopher, not the whackjob cartoon character. It was a social treatise document, that was basically complete rubbish.

Leviathan was a character in a work of fiction. Read the Book of Job. The Book of Job appears to be a work of fiction.
