Does anyone know how’s the first visit like?

They want to get to know you and your background the first time. It makes the 2nd easier.

They'll probably ask why you came today, and they'll ask about your mood, your eating and sleeping, what you've been thinking about lately. They'll probably ask if you are thinking about suicide or homicide. They'll ask about your drug use, prescription and otherwise. And they'll probably ask what you want to get out of your visits, so you can set some goals.

Its like an interview for a job... They ask about you and why you are there, and what is bothering you. Good luck
