Definately the good, I only wish to help out others who need help in any way I possibly can. I have MS and decided to get a support group up and running for us to talk to and just be there for anyone who needs a question answered or just needs someone to talk to about their MS. Is that proof enough for you? However The bad and ugly, I work with.

The good. I volunteer a lot and help out those that are less fortunate. I walk in the race for a cure every year and save all of my yoplait lids and mail them in. You all can do that as well, for every lid that is mailed in .10 cents goes towards the research of breast cancer and gets us that much closer to a cure.
