If you have a serious question about any of the main topics listed here, why not use a search engine to get the answer you want instead of getting several conflicting answers? Not to mention the people who don't take answering the question seriously and reply back with a useless answer.

Google gives the same answer every time.
Asking on Yahoo Answers is sort of like asking dozens of different Googles.

Let me go to google and answer that one. :) That seems more like a good point and a possible start of a really insightive blog. This maybe a useless answer,but I would say that people are too lazy to do their own investigations on their important topic and leave it to a mulitude of idiots and the few wise that are subject to this questoin board. Why do people go to this site and answer some of these questoins? Maybe because I don't feel like doing my college homework at this moment.

One reason is that people have no clue how to search for answers to questions.
Another is that some people are too lazy.
Another is that google comes up with just as many silly answers because those uf us that think we are smart put up nonsense on our websites.

This is basically just like using a search engine, you type in what you want to know and get results...even some that have nothing to do with what you want to know.

because people are either too lazy or too stupid to be able to do a bit of research. they want to ask a question, and have the answer dished to them on a platter. they want to remove any semblance of work.
