Your own company is the best overall. You set your own hours and the harder you work the more you make. I work in an office of slackers and I work hard. They get paid as much as I do and do nothing. Hope this helps.

Two month ago I would say my last job. Retail. Now I started working from home online, so the best company to work for is Felix Fortuna. They pay me $1200 a week for posting messages on myspace. I only work for 6 hours a week!

Yes, I agree your own, but it takes preparation and some start up capital. I'd ask around at some employment agencies and decide what you want in a company, like do you have kids? and need daycare on site, or what about the benefits? There are lots to consider.

So far I would have to say Aflac world wide headquarters. They are so great to their employees. Benefits, great pay, incentives, and even employee appreciation week. The company just keeps getting better and better. They are at this time a Fortune 100 company.

Not necessarily your own as many may say. Owning your own business means you own all the headaches associated with it. Forbes actually has that information for you. Just select your state and they list the best companies in your state.

It really isn't the 'best' company- it is working for the best Managers that make it the best...
