You did not give your age, so I am assuming that you aren't old enough to get a job. If you are a high school graduate, then you have to network. talk to people you know that have the power to "hire" you. That is what one of my roommates do. He knows someone who has the power to hire him & he graduated from high school long ago & he doesn't have a resume to "sell himself" with. So if you don't have a big crowd of friends like one of my roommates, you will need an education. Go to your local community college for vocational classes. The temp agencies won't help you either if you have no work experience/no background. Lots of luck to you in your future.

While you look for work sign up at the following site. I did and I fill out brief surveys and get paid to do it! Add some referrals and make money off of them. It doesn't replace a paying job but will get some extra spending cash.

Finish your education applicable to your age and the jobs can be obtained.
There are unskilled jobs for the un educated put the pay will not be very satisfying.

Do surveys, test products, start blogging if you have a lot of time.
I use Felix Fortuna. All i do is post messages on myspace. They pay me $1200 a week, and I only work for 6 hours/week.
