Thierry Henry is the best in the world, based on present form and what he has done in the past there is no question. His technique, passing, pase/acceleration is different class and for me one of the best finishers ever to grace the beautiful game. There is no doubt that he has changed the way strikers are viewed in England and his sheer presence is overwhelming. He has the ability to glide past players. Schevchenko in his prime was a outstanding player and possibly matched Henry for his finishing, but for consistency, sheer class and technique there is only one man. Thierry Henry.

Thierry henry is indeed a great striker so is samuel Eto'o
And forsure Lionel messi will be the best
But At the moment my Top strikers to me are Van Nistelrooy and Raul they are both fast, good driblers, good finishers, intelligent, powerful

It's tuff to say....Henry might be the best skilled striker in all of football, followed extremely closely by Shevchenko. Drogba and Crespo mix in more physical play in the way they approach the game, alongside with Rooney but he has a long ways to go before being considered one of the best. Etto' might be the best mixture of both skill and power up front.
Henry probably is the best but not without debate...

Tough list.
1) Theirry Henry
2) Ronaldinho
3) Samuel Eto'o
4) Didier Drogba
5) Shevchenko
From that list... i think in terms of consistency, and clinical finishing... THEIRRY HENRY

If you had asked me the same question last year, I would have said Shevchenko.
But today, it's Henry.
