Try going to a dealership...unless you don't have legs, in which case you shouldn't be driving in the first place; unless you have one of those hand acceleration devices, in which case you are exactly the kind of person I watch out for on the roadways. But I should have assumed that based on your question.

If you have a problem with your vehicle, the first thing I would recommend is to contact either your local dealer or the dealer you purchased the vehicle from. If they are not able to resolve your problem at that level, I would recommend contacting the Chrysler service rep. The service rep works for Chrysler and usually visits the dealership once a month. You should be able to find out from the service manager the next time his rep will be in. I have worked for dealerships for over 20 years and I know that their goal really is to satisfy the customer. Set an appointment with the service manager and if he can't resolve the issue, then you can take the other steps I mentioned. Also note that if you are requesting assistance from the factory for a repair that is out of warranty, they will look at your service history. If you do not have a service history at that dealership, or at least have done the minimal service at a dealership, it will be harder to get assistance, not impossible, just harder.

Write a registered letter, with return receipt request. Just send it to customer service. Keep a copy.
This gives you a permanent record. If the auto is under warranty, you must know that it must be taken to the dealer and if the problem cannot be corrected in three attempts,
"The Lemon Law" takes effect.
Send a registered letter every time the problem occurs.
A phone call is practically useless, with no record of the call or who answered the phone.
They should have a customer service phone number.

Call the service manager at the dealership where you purchased your car and ask for the direct number for their district sales manager. Be firm but courteous! I doubt you will have to go any further up the food chain so to speak. I bought a Chrysler product and solved my problem (gas getting into crankcase) that way. or

Either try the 0 button or stay on till the ending on the message and it may say hang on the line if wanting to speak to a operator.

Well my first reaction was to say to press your Onstar key :) But if you don't have that...call the dealership you bought the car from. They should have a service department that can help you! Good luck!

Sometimes pressing 0 a time or two will send you to a person.
