Anyone with a basic knowledge of how your car is put together, meaning which nuts, bolts, and clips need to be removed to conceal wiring, can install neon lighting in a car. Neon tube generally run between $7 - $50 depending on quality, size and finish. After that placement and quantity are up to you. If this all sounds like too much for you to handle...Check out your local electronics/mobile audio electronics store, (I.E. Circuit City).

It depends where you live. Type neon tubing installation, plus your city in a yahoo search.
