What democracy and what capitalism?
There is no country that is following true capitalism. The government's are always butting in and trying to prevent things and force other things. Of course, the governments only do that when there is a reason (from the big corporations) to do so. It has actually been proven in Economics that things like minimum wage, welfare, and taxation actually hurt the economy far more than the good that they do.
Supposedly, USA, Canada, and Western Europe along with Japan, and Australia (the developed world) is following capitalism and democracy. But this myth about USA actually helping others countries in Latin America, Africa, and Asia is the biggest bullsh*t I have ever heard. Foreign Aid is not given because of the goodness of their heart or because of genuine interest in helping them. It is given to control those regions. The aid itself is actually very small. Most of the money is in the form of loans given by the IMF, WTO, and the world bank which is in turn controlled by the Western interests and Washington D.C.
