how do you change a colored pic of urself to multicolored and like it changes colors??

Not sure what you mean by that.

1) If you want to change the picture to use some other color, you can use a photo editing tool like Photoshop to change colors.

2) If you want it to change color on its own like an animation type of thing, you can use PhotoShop (or other photo editing tool) to create an animation. But in the process though, you will need to create all different stages of how the picture should look.
