Try taking your daily basal body temperature. I think it's more accurate than the ovulation kits. You can learn how to do this and chart your temps for free at fertilityfriend.com. It also has valuable information about ovulation and conception. Also, check your cervical mucus daily. When it looks like raw egg whites, then have sex. Just before ovulation, you will get this. It also helps protect the sperm until the egg is released. Good luck!

Get some ovulation strips from ebay from a medical wholesaler and test every day, whether your on your period or not. Its the only way to know exactly whenyou're ovulating.

The kits usually only have 5-10 tests, and often women just dont ovulate when they "should".

I ovulate on day 23, but got pregnant on my period by fluke chance.

I used the ovulation strips from a wholesaler on ebay, 50 strips for 25 bucks. Not bad. It worked too. Had enough to test for almost two whole cycles.

It is possible that you didn't ovulate. When I was 26, I had testing done and it was determined that although I'd had regular periods from the age of 12, I had never ovulated. If I were you, I'd try the test one more month and if you have the same result, see a doctor.
