The only thing I know that would possibly work is a solvent like paint thinner/lacquer thinner. If it is stiff, the solvent may make a bigger mess. The stuff is HIGHLY flammable and EXTREMELY toxic to breathe/consume. It would be better to spend a few bucks on floor mats, or a new carpet set for the car.

You could go to a junkyard and cut out a replacement piece from under the front seats to the back and drop it in. (You'd have to remove all the seats and some trim to do it right.

I would ask a auto paint dealer. If your lucky he will give you a solution that won't only take out the paint/stains...but will also keep your seat from being harmed. You could also try a automotive cleaner place. Just tell them you want some paint removed out of the back of your seat. And see if they have the right stuff to do it.

Later, Mike.

Get it reupholstered or replace it with one from a junk yard.

While there might be a slight chance of cleaning it up when it was still wet, there's ZERO chance once it's dried for 6 months! Most chemicals that would remove it now will also attack the synthetic materials used in the seat fabric and cushioning underneath the fabric.
