Usually near the end of each season when they're advertising new stocks, or just before they start advertising while they're still trying to clear out inventory. Febuary is usually really good around Edmonton.

November...around thanksgiving or after. Look on-line! Check out ads! Then after Christmas!

my mom, my aunt, and i always go the day after christmas....but there are also some in november right after thanksgiving...
