A long denim skirt is a fall style, so carry it all the way to the top with earthy toned sweaters or jackets. Frankly I don't think they have ever been in fashion. But I'm from the Netherlands, it might be different where you are from.
In my opinion long straight skirts can look great but not in denim. To me, denim skirts should be short, above the knee at least!

Personally I don't think the longer denim skirts every really go out of style, always see one on someone somewhere. Go for it wear it with some nice boots or nice heels.

how long? I personally really like a denim pencil skirt that is no longer than just below knees with tights and cute flats or w/ sandles in spring/summer.

Fasion is what you make it , You can do alot of things such as big belts, colorful shirts with arm flairs , shoes such as high heals, just dress it up to where you feel good and it will show your charm and fashion to the world outside!!!!

long denim skirts are definetly a faux pas! but if you are going to wear it desoite that i would definetly dress it up.

You see them in like fashion mags and they look good but look whose wearing it...a tall pretty thin model. I would say not to wear them just because they look bad on anyone thats not a stick thin model.

I think long skirts are great, you're protected up without the restrictions of slacks.
