I think kids would love it.

I would give it a different edge, like Santa is on vacation or something. Or Santa in a workout suit (getting in shape for Christmas). Don't just do the typical Christmas-time Santa. This is Santa in the off-season. Kids can understand that.

Nah -- I think it's funny -- if a little kid asks, tell them you're not the real Santa, just dressing up like him for Halloween -- then remind the little punk he's NOT really Buzz Lightyear. :)

No Way! Go for it! I think the kids will figure it out, and if they're too young to do so, their parents will explain it to them! Happy Halloween!

I like it but remember you might have some kids on your lap telling you what they want for christmas. LOL. Then again that might be a bad idea if you know the kids. It might help you this christmas. Good luck

I think its a cute idea - the kids will love it. Just tell them that you wanted to dress up as someone you like/wanted to be a special person, just like they did, but be sure to add that you're not as special and don't have presents like Santa does! Have a merry ol' time - ho, ho, ho!
