4T-5T

I have a 3 year old who will be 4 in Feb. Generally a 4 year old would wear a 4T or a 5T I'd definately go with the 5 just in case. It depends on the size of the child. If she's a little chunky, go with a 5 or 6 if she's just a little squirt like my daughter a 4 should be fine. You also have to take into concideration the height. My daughter is also tall, so a 4 slim works best for her.
Hope I helped a little.

H&M Crewcuts Gap & GapKids Juicy Couture Urban Outfitters Nordstrom Kids There also lots of really cute online kids' stores that have stuff that looks like your age. Please don't get into all the dumb casual fad stores (American Eagle, Aeropostable, Abercrombie, Hollister). I'm tired of every teen dressing the same way.
