Here's my imput:
First of all, how is Ryan Newman or Michael Waltrip overrated? I barely even hear about those two drivers! I agree with you about Greg Biffle being underrated, but I think Matt Kenseth isn't. He gets plenty of attention and fan support...he's doing just fine and is pretty far from being underrated. In my oppinion, the most underrated driver is Kyle Busch. I know that a lot of people hate him for things he's done in the past, but I think Kyle has a lot of potential and skill, despite the bad things he sometimes does. The most overrated driver is Dale Jr. I hear more things about him than anybody. He is a cool guy and a good driver, but I think he gets slightly too much attention.

Overrated:
Jimmie Johnson - How can someone as mediocre in Busch as Johnson be a Cup star? His success is simple - equipment. That's it.
Greg Biffle - He is flat out inconsistent. When he is on, he is an awesome driver, but when he off, he stinks up the place.
Underrated:
Kevin Harvick - People think of him what they will, but the honest truth is Harvick hasn't any equipment worth even going out on the track with since 2001 until this year (except 2003, but there was a shakeup in RCR that may have contributed to that). And now you're seeing what he can do with reasonably competitve equipment (he's still a better driver than his cars allow).
Brian Vickers - The 25 may finally be respected by Hendrick with Mears coming in and being a friend of Gordon and Johnson. Vickers really hasn't gotten any support from the team he won a Busch Series title with since before Ricky died.
Elliot Sadler - He was good with the Wood Brothers, but RYR was in a decline while he was there. The move to Evernham may have been a good thing for his career.

I think that Matt Kenseth is kind of overrated but I really dont like him or Tony Stewart. Then again I also dont like Rooby Gordon or the Busch Brothers so any of them are overrated to me. Now underrated I would probably say Jamie McMurray and Carl Edwards or Brian Vickers..
