OYE...I know what you mean. Ever since I started this crappy period business 13 years ago, I've had TERRIBLE, UNBEARABLE cramping. I tried everything...NOTHING worked. So I told my OBGYN about it and he prescribed me Vicoprofin. Its a narcotic and its the ONLY thing that works. Me and him probably tried over 30 different kinds of things and NOTHING... NOT A SINGLE CRAMP was avoided. It was awful. So go talk to your doc, tell him whats up, If he wants to try something other than vicoprofin, allow him to, but also ask if he has samples. It can become extremely expensive while they try and figure out what works if they dont have samples. I even have Rx insurance and it was TOO expensive for me. Good luck

workout as we talk. I struggle through negative with those. I do like one hundred jumpjacks or run in position. It hurts like hell for the first 50. Your uterus is contracting and workout can assist slow the tightening. This seems after them for some hours. a outstanding bathtub or heating pad works too.

Hot bath, heating pad, start taking Motrin?Ibuprofen 3 days before you start and a little exercise. Also, see your OB/Gyn. You could have PCOS.

The only thing that works for me is excedrin. It has caffine in it and works in 5 mins for me. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have that. Try it.
