yes i think that without wars our lives will become more relaxed and safe even if 2 countries had problems they should not argue together by intruding others or by killing and destroying another country they really should make a collabortated grouped meeting with other countries not involved to try to solve what the problems are better than causing a disaster and losing many innocent souls

The only way war should be illegal is if everyone got along. War is, or at least should be, the final step in the world. Without war you could not stop, for example, Hitler from killing the Jews or taking over the world. The situation of war is like mutual assured destruction; the thought of war is a major factor in the thought process of country leaders as to whether or not their plans of actions are worth it. War is hell, yes. However that hell is rarely wanted by anyone.

Make your Bush jokes.....now.

U can't make it Illegal. If you try to then you would start a big old war. It has been around since the Biblical times as they way to solve differences between Nations. The one with the most power always gets it way. I mean Seriously how are you going to punish a whole nations army for going to war if it is illegal. and if it was why would the puspose of are armed forces. how would a country like the US defend the consitution and our way of life. You can't make it illegal. It will always be the Legal way of getting what one country wants and seriously how would you police something like this if it was.

No, it shouldn't be. Such a state would, first of all, be impracticable. No political body, not even a global one, could ever amass enough troops to overcome its largest enemies, and, even after doing so, it would have to be an army of occupation in any rebel lands, leaving it with the impossible task of policing those areas against the will of their citizens and leaders while still somehow dealing with further upstarts. Furthermore, such a law would outlaw a people's right to revolt, a nation's ability to enforce its legitimate interests and at least a few morally justified conflicts, such as World War II.

Now this is an interesting question. I remember the first time that I discovered that there were international rules for war. You can have “war crimes”. I thought “What?!!” "Isn’t war itself a crime against humanity!!” Sometimes it is just plain crazy how we human beings thinks!! Just plain crazy. I still wonder how can we all decide that this or that is a crime against the rules of war, and yet we can not prevent the war to start with. It just makes no sense to me.

War is illegal, hence the Nuremberg trials after WW2, the reperations after WW1. Defending yourself from invasion is legal, invading a foreign power is illegal.
