Reminiscing and Cheating seem the obvious answers but I've fancied this song to be about fate - a complete metaphor about an opportunity that was missed.

It's kind of about cheating.. I mean your talking to your ex girlfriend on the phone while your current is in the next room... that's not exactly faithful is it?

no i think its about an ex gf calling.. and he's reminssing? about his past relationships... and knowing that if his current gf finds out that his ex is calling she's going to be angry
