Be honest and try to negotiate something....partial credit is better than no credit for an assignment.

First, do you have any assignments due soon that you can complete without having done the past assignments? Then do them, and get them in on time.

Speak with each of your professors. Tell them the situation. Be honest (most professors have seen it all, and can tell when you're b*llsh*tting them.) Say what you said here - you made mistakes. Now you realise what you've done, and you're trying to do your best to fix the situation. Would they be willing to accept your work late in exchange for partial credit?

Not all your professors will bite, but some may. It's worth it to ask.

Also make an appointment with your academic advisor. You can do this before you speak with the professors, or after. Talk to her about the situation. For the classes where late credit will not be granted, see what your options are.

Then, turn in your assignments exactly on their new due date. Don't miss the new due date! And every assignment from now on - in right, and on time.

This semester's grades may not be good. But you still have the rest of your years in college - every semester from now on, your grades will be better. By your senior year, if you do well, your GPA could be quite strong.

You can either tell a bold faced lie, like your mother is horribly sick or you can plead for forgiveness. Either way, show up with all of the work that is late and anything that isn't even due yet and say you are serious about doing what is required. Crying is always a good idea

give them discharge papers from the hospital. Sorry, unless you have some very soft, or understanding profs, they are not going to let you. It is time to grow up, be responsible.

well it depends on the reason that you didn't turn it in. If you were lazy and didn't do it then NO.But, if you had like a doctors appointment then tell him/her and they will figure something out for you.

talk to them, they may make an exception... offer to take a lower grade, and don't let it happen again....
