Work experience and getting a job are not directly related (even though lot of people think so). If you have the following three qualities you will get any job you want:
1. Confidence in yourself and show the interviewer that you are very enthusiastic to work for him
2. Always be Honest, if you don't know something, let the interviewer know that and take pride in being honest
3. Always give time+patience for yourself and see how this magic works for you.
Good Luck with your job search

Ask around your local shops to see if the managers are interested in "giving you a chance". Start with fast food or go to your local movie theathre. Once you get the experience you need, move on. Good luck.

As long as the job you apply for is realistic to your knowledge and experience tell them you are willing to work a week for no pay then you can prove yourself.
