I think they've just been bent in her favour, thanks to a few greasy palms. I noticed that the child's father has changed his tune AGAIN, methinks more money has been slung at him.

I'm s*ck to f*cking death of the woman. How can Angelina Jolie manage to adopt twice with very little media coverage, yet Madonna's efforts are big news?

She can stop whinging, she's been manipulating the media and everyone else for years and it's time she just shut up and went back to Michigan.

Yes. There is a rule in Malawi under which it is compulsory for a foreigner seeking to adopt a Malawian child to foster the child in Malawi for eighteen months before adopting it and taking it out of Malawi. Madonna has not complied with this rule. It is likely that the Malawian courts will take action and enforce the rule.

The child's father, Yohane Banda, says that he did not know that his son was going to be adopted. He was told that Madonna intended to pay for his child to be educated, and not to remove him from Malawi.

Madonna has done this in order to get back onto prime time television where she thinks she belongs. The poor child has now arrived in Britain in the arms of a nanny.

I think it's great that the child will get good opportunities but i do not think it is fair that normal people have to wait whilst a celeb can fast track and adopt a child twice as fast!

She probably wont be locked up but se should be. Theres hundreds of british kids that Madge and Guy could have saved from a life of misery. But thats not half as cool as having your own African kid is it.? She should have given the kids dad enough cash to bring up his son himself, If she actually cared about the situation thats what she should have done.
Cruel cow.

You know what she might have and quit honestly I don't care, what should really matter is that that little boy now has a chance at a decent life, one he would not have had had he stayed in an orphanage in Malawi.
