Dell are not bad. PC World is OK only if you know exactly what you want. Buy a PC mag to see what you should look for or do some searches on the internet - lots of online places to buy from with lots of online review places to tell you if they are any good. pcnextday is supposed to be quite good.

You should assess what you are going to us eit for. If it is just the internet then a £350 would be great. If you want to have bags of space and use complicated programmes, then you will have to spend more.

Buy 'what PC' and it will give you some hints.

350 in what money system?

$350 isn't much for a computer.
350 rupees is even less.
350 Lira is more but still not enough
350 pounds ?

If you are on a tight buget you wont get much for your money.

Try a local pc shop that does custom builds and has a good reputation.See what they have on offer or are willing to build for you.The way component prices have been dropping you should get a decent deal. or look at : http://www.cclonline.com.

Depends on the quality of pc you are looking for, Ebay has many cheap ones which don't do too much but it all depends on what you are looking for. www.newegg.com is also a good site which will run specials during the year.
