No that's not true. The baby's heartbeat is only detectable via ultrasound after about 8 weeks. Nor can you feel the cord under normal circumstances. There is a serious complication called prolapsed cord that can occur in late pregnancy, where you can feel the cord through your vagina.

im 26 weeks pregnant and i cant feel a thing through my belly button!
no course it isnt true... and at 4-5 weeks u wont feel anything cos the embryo is microscopic in size! its tiny! it is just a cell that has divided and taken on no form yet!

At 4/5 weeks your baby isn't even a baby yet so no you wont be able to feel it. You probably wont be able to feel the baby for quite a while and at the later stages you maybe be able to feel the head. I felt my daughters head a few weeks before she was born

No, your navel is what is left of the umbilical cord between you and your mother during her pregnancy. The baby's umbilical cord is not attached to the other end, it is attached to what will become it's placenta, and that is in your uterus at least 6" below there.

no thats not true you cannot fill the cord. the cord is not attached to the inside of your belly button it is in your uterus. good luck

No so not true. If you are thin, you will probably feel your own pulse from you aorta. Baby's is much faster than yours.
