Well, when you enlarge a picture, the quality is not going to increase, let that be know.
But, if you open the picture in MS Paint and Click Image at the top, then click Stretch/Skew, it gives you an option for Horizontal and Vertical Stretch.
Let's say you want the picture Twice as large, you put 200% in both Horizontal and Vertical and Press Ok, and there you go
Now just save the image and send it
Don't know where Ms Paint is? It should be in Programs>Accesories and called Paint
or Click Start, then Run and type mspaintand press Enter

There are a number of ways that you can accomplish this. The easiest way would be for you to have your photo sent to a photo-copy store, and to have the photo enlarged to whatever size that you desire. From there it would depend if you had a scanner or not. If you do then you would simply scan the photo to who ever you want to, and that would be part of an attachment that you would e-mail. The other alternative would be if you don't have a scanner, then have the photo on a CD. You would then attach it as part of your e-mail when you send it to that person. The other ways of doing it would entail more work but it can be done. Assuming you have the Corel Snapfire or Microsoft's own version, or perhaps any other one that is similar, once you have the picture on a CD, you would then get onto any of the above mentioned programs, and from there you can easily enlarge the photo to your desired needs. At that point you would have to attach it to the e-mail address.
Either way will work, but it's just a matter of preference as to which method is simpliest, or perhaps most convenient for you to use.

Go to http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/learnmore/tips/eschelman2.mspx and get Image Resizer. It makes the file smaller plus you can choose the resolution you want to make it bigger on the screen

You can do it with Microsoft Paint. Open your pic with paint and then at the top go to tools and attributes. From there you can increase the size by inches or pixels. Save your file as a .BMP file or .JPEG, and you are done.
