My husband is looking for a programming job, he has an associates and is still in school for his Bachelors, we live in michigan. Any suggestions?

Basically it depends on the programming skills he has. If he is still working on pascal, C, C++, chances is that he's gonna sweat to find a decent programming job.
He would do fine if he's working on PHP, Python, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#.
Best jobs would be offered if he's working on Java/J2EE, EJB, SOA(Service Oriented Architecture), Web Services with Weblogic/Websphere.
